I have been trying to install “CSI Etabs 2013 software” . but I got this Error (1721) and then when I want to Uninstalling , i got this Error(1721) again.

I did this steps but didn”t work.
Hold down the Windows key + R to open the Run boxType MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER and click OK Even if you do this correctly,it may look like nothing happensType MSIEXEC /REGSERVER and click OK Try the installation once more
By the way, I don”t have problem with Installing last version of softwares. but I always have problem with Installing old version of softwares.

What is the make and model of your computer?
Do you have any third party security program installed on the computer?
Windows Installer manages how other programs are installed and uninstalled on your computer. Software publishers can use Windows Installer to help make the installation or uninstallation process more consistent from one program to another.
I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:
Make sure that the dependency services for Windows Installer should be started and set to automatic. Then try to start the Windows Installer service and check.
1. Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, press enter and then click Services.
2. Double-click on the Windows Installer service.
3. In the Windows Installer properties window, click on dependency tab.
4. You will see the dependency services listed there. (Remote Procedure Call and DCOM Server Process Launcher)
5. Both the above services should be ‘Started’and set to’ Automatic’.
Method 2: Check incompatibility mode.
I would suggest you to install the software in compatibility mode and check.
