My PC had to be wiped and reloaded after the last windows 10 update.After reinstalling PlanetPress Design, it will no longer load.It comes up with a series of errors:”Class not registered” – Error message: Exception EOleSysError in module rtl60.bpl at 0003B7ED.Access violation at address 00BB7620 in module ‘PPress.exe’. Read of address 0000002CAccess violation at address 007F7D6E in module ‘PPress.exe’. Read of address 00004134It feels like there”s some background DLLs/controls not installed, but I”m at a loss as to how to resolve this.I”ve never had this issue before installing PP Design.

I suggest uninstall and re-install again. If that doesn”t fix it, open a technical support ticket at 1-866-348-5863 or through our website.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling twice to no joy, and unfortunately I don”t have an active OL Care subscription.

Unfortunately, it requires us to remote on the workstation and do a clean uninstall (which requires removing some registry key, hidden folders, etc…)We can”t have all this procedure written here since we are using internal tools to do all this.Not to be bold, but I suggest you re-activate your OLCare.Of course, if you feel lucky, you could try and go in the registry and remove every instance of Objectif Lune & PlanetPress key you find as well as any folder under the same name structure. Make sure you backup every forms, configurations and others needed files before you proceed.*************I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO THIS ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING*************. Playing with registry key can mess-up completely your workstation and it should only be done by IT professionals or under their supervision.That being said…hope that helped.
I have the same problem. Been installing PlanetPress for 15 years, never had an issues. Now installing it on the latest build of Windows 10 (1809), tons of “Class not registered” and access violations. re-installed multiple times on a machine it formerly was installed and working on. Can”t get it to work.
